The North East tour takes you through monasteries, lakes, and hills. Take in the grandeur of the sunset or dawn vistas, as well as the breathtaking views of Kanchenjunga from Tiger Hill. Day 01: Arrive Bagdogra – Darjeeling (67km/02 hrs)
Our airport representative will meet and greet you upon arrival at Bagdogra airport and drive you straight to Darjeeling.
Darjeeling is a magnificent hill station that draws thousands of people from all around India and the world.
The unique site, known as the “queen of hills,” features a lot of attractions and tourist locations. The Darjeeling Himalayan Railway, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and many tea farms are the main attractions of the area.
Check into your hotel upon arrival in Darjeeling. You have the evening to do anything you want.

Day 02: Darjeeling sightseeing
Early in the morning, at 04:00 a.m., leave for Tiger Hill. Discover the region’s highest point and marvel at the breathtaking vistas of the snow-capped Himalayan peaks, Kanchenjunga (the third highest peak).
Later, you’ll see Ghoom Monastery, the War Memorial, and Batasia Loop.
Return to the hotel, eat breakfast and unwind. Prepare to visit the Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (closed on Thursday), Passenger Ropeway, Tenzing and Gumbo Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self Help Center, Tea Estate, Natural History Museum (closed on Sunday), and Peace Pagoda once again.

Day 03: Darjeeling – Kalimpong (51km/01 hrs)
You’ll be driving to Kalimpong this morning. Kalimpong is a spectacular hill station that rises to 1250 meters above sea level. The hill station is home to several stunning historical monasteries, sacred sites, and prestigious educational institutions. You will explore beautiful marketplaces brimming with Tibetan jewelry, antiques, copperware, handicrafts, masks, and bone things.
When you arrive in Kalimpong, check into your hotel. You will enjoy the ambiance of this lovely location in the evening.

Day 04: Kalimpong sightseeing
After breakfast, take a sightseeing tour in Kalimpong. You will go to the Forest Museum (closed on Thursday), Deolo Hill, HanumanMandir, Dr. Graham Homes (school), Durpin Monastery, Mangaldham, and Pine View Nursery.
Pine View Nursery boasts the largest collection of cacti in Asia. The magnificent variety of cacti will undoubtedly make you question if cactus is a possibility in the North-Eastern regions as well.

Day 05: Kalimpong – Pelling (93km/02 hrs)
You will be driving to Pelling today. Pelling is located at a height of up to 2072m. There are numerous picturesque sites to explore in Pelling, as well as a plethora of activities. The Pelling has a variety of attractions, ranging from well-known monasteries to beautiful lakes. Not to mention the Rhododendron and orchid types, making it a plant lover’s paradise.
Check into your hotel upon arrival. You may spend your evening strolling around the little town or visiting marketplaces filled with hand-woven carpets, traditional patterns, shawls, and blankets made of Lepcha leaves, Buddhist religious goods, thangkas, and paper products.

Day 06: Pelling sightseeing
You will see Rimbi waterfalls, Rimbi Rock Garden, Khecheoplalri Lake, Khecheoplalri Monastery, Kanchenjunga waterfalls, Pemayangtse Monastery, and Rabdantse ruins on your day sightseeing tour of Pelling.
Return to the hotel for an overnight stay. The remainder of the evening is free to wander about or shop at lively bazaars.

Day 07: Pelling – Gangtok (130km/04hrs)
After breakfast, proceed to Gangtok (5,500 feet), which is 100 kilometers from Darjeeling. At every turn, you will be greeted by views of lush green mountains and babbling brooks. Check into your hotel upon arrival. In the afternoon, see the Flower Show, Handicraft, Institute of Tibetology, Do DrulChorten, and Bakthang Falls in Gangtok.

Day 08: Gangtok sightseeing
After breakfast, you will go for Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft.) and Baba Mandir (13,200 ft.), all of which are 55 kilometers from Gangtok. After complete sightseeing drives back to Gangtok.

Day 09: Gangtok – Bagdogra (124km/04 hrs)
This morning you will drive to Bagdogra airport, where you will board your flight back home.
